is beautiful rose coloured tea prepared by pink tea with a required quantity of soda, red food colour, sugar and water. Some times it is called Kashmiri Chai.

  • پانی تین کپ
  • گلابی چائے کی پتی ڈھائی چائے کے چمچ
  • میٹھا سوڈا آدھا چائے کا چمچ
  • نمک ایک چوتھائی چائے کا چمچ
  • ٹھنڈا پانی تین کپ
  • پستہ (کٹا ہوا) آدھا کپ
  • بادیان کے پھول دو عدد
  • سبز الائچی تین عدد
  • چینی دو کپ
  • لال فوڈ کلر ڈیڑھ چائے کے چمچ

  1. پانی میں بادیان کے پھول اور سبز الائچی ڈال دیں۔

  2. جوش آنے پر پتی ڈال دیں۔

  3. تھوڑا پکنے پر سوڈا اور نمک ڈال دیں پھر ٹھنڈا پانی پانچ، پانچ منٹ کے وقفے سے ڈال کر پھینٹیں پھر دودھ ڈال کر پھینٹیں۔

  4. حسب ذائقہ چینی اور آخر میں پستہ ڈال کر پیش کریں۔

  1. Amna, skip badian phool if you don't have. Food color means the color we use to give a particular color to food like we use yellow food color in Biryani and zarda. Different food colors are easily available in the market.
