Heat oil, add onion, fry till light golden.
Add curry leaves,mustard seeds,fenugreek seeds and onion seeds, also add ginger garlic paste with water, fry well.
Add chili powder,salt,crushed cumin,turmeric and crushed coriander, fry well.
Add raw mango with water,sugar and tamarind pulp, cover and simmer for 15 minutes, remove and serve.
