Very sapid recipe of kebab is prepared with gram flour and mince. You can serve them with ketchup and green chutney in iftar and with tea.

  • Mince 250 gm
  • Gram flour 4 tbsp heaped
  • Onion 1 cup (finely chopped)
  • Coriander leaves 3 tbsp (finely chopped)
  • Garlic 1 tsp leveled
  • Soda by carb 1/8 tsp
  • Mint 1 tbsp (finely chopped)
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Red pepper 1 ½ tsp heaped (crushed)
  • Allspice ½ tsp
  • Water 2 – 3 tbsp
  • Oil for frying

Cooking Directions

  1. In a bowl add mince with onion, coriander leaves, gram flour, garlic, soda by carb, mint, salt, red pepper, allspice and water. Mix all well.

  2. Make into balls and fry on high flame till golden.

  3. Lower flame fry till dark brown and crisp.
