  • Mango 1 kg
  • Heavy cream 200 gm
  • Sugar 8-10 tbsp
  • Lemon or orange juice 1 oz or 2 tbsp
  • Salt a small pinch
  • Gelatin powder 1 tsp (heaped)

Cooking Directions

  1. Put gelatin and lemon or orange juice mix and leave for 10 minutes.

  2. Peel and cut mangoes and process into food processor until smooth puree.

  3. Simmer gelatin for 2 minutes do not let it boil.

  4. Add sugar, salt and gelatin into mango puree and process more.

  5. Whip cream until soft peak form, fold into mango mixture by spatula.

  6. Pour into serving bowls add cream dollop and top with mango slices.

  7. Ready to serve.
