Ingredients

  • Liver 1 cup (chopped)
  • Kidney 1 cup (chopped)
  • Onion 1 small (sliced)
  • Oil 3 tbsp
  • Green chili 2 (chopped)
  • Tomato 1 small (sliced)
  • Spring onion 2 (chopped)
  • Coriander leaves 1 tbsp (chopped)
  • Cumin powder ½ tsp
  • Curry powder ½ tsp

Cooking Directions

  1. Heat oil in a wok.

  2. Add the onion slices and sauté for four minutes.

  3. Add the shredded liver, kidney and sauté.

  4. Add the curry powder, cumin powder and salt.

  5. When the liver and kidney are done.

  6. Add the tomato slices, coriander leaves, chopped green chilli and spring onion.

  7. Sauté for two more minutes.

  8. Remove from heat and transfer to a serving plate.
