Ingredients

  • Beef undercut 300 grams
  • Egg 1 (beaten)
  • Spring onion 1 stalk (finely sliced)
  • Carrot 1 (finely sliced)
  • Refined flour 1 cup
  • Milk 1 cup
  • Onion ½ (finely sliced)
  • Mozzarella cheese 250 grams
  • Black pepper 1 tbsp (crushed)
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil as required

Cooking Directions

  1. Cut undercut into fine strips.

  2. Mix refined flour, egg and milk in a bowl.

  3. Grease non-stick frying pan, pour a little batter in it enough to cover the pan thinly, cook both sides and remove.

  4. Repeat process with remaining mixture.

  5. Heat 3 tbsp of oil in a wok, add onion and undercut and cook.

  6. When meat is tender, add black pepper, spring onion, carrot and salt, cook for few minutes and remove.

  7. Put some prepared mixture on one side of crepes and roll.

  8. Place all rolls in baking tray, sprinkle cheese on top.

  9. Bake at 200°c in pre-heated oven for 10 minutes, remove and serve.
