Heat water in a sauce pan and boil the noodles with oil until fully cooked.
Strain and wash the noodles in running water to avoid them from sticking together.
Lastly add sesame seed oil.
Cut the chicken fillets in small pieces and fry until they turn light brown.
Now add the noodles along with soya sauce and vinegar.
Mix well and finally add honey, stirring continuously.
Sprinkle black pepper on top and add capsicums, chopped spring onions, roasted sesame seeds and crushed red chili.
Cover and simmer for 5 minutes.
The honey chicken noodles are ready to serve.
