  • Mince ½ kg
  • Eggs 2 separated
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
  • Black pepper 1 tsp
  • Mustard powder 1 tsp
  • Wooster sauce 1 tbsp
  • Onion 1 (chopped)
  • Green chilies 4 (chopped)
  • Bread 2 slices (soaked in milk)
  • Coriander leaves 2 tbsp chopped
  • Dry flour to coat
  • Rice flakes to coat

Cooking Directions

  1. Add mince, egg yolks, salt, ginger garlic paste, black pepper, mustard powder, Wooster sauce, onion, green chilies, bread and coriander in a bowl.

  2. Mix well and form into cutlets.

  3. Then roll in dry flour, dip in egg whites and roll in rice flakes.

  4. Heat oil in a pan and deep fry.

  5. Serve hot with chutney.
