Ingredients

  • Fish boneless 1/2 kg
  • Green chilies 8 (finely sliced)
  • Onion chopped 1
  • Chili powder 1 tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp heaped
  • Salt 1 tsp heaped
  • Mint leaves chopped 1 tbsp
  • Turmeric 1/2 tsp
  • Ghee 3 tbsp
  • Coriander leaves chopped 3 tbsp
  • White cumin (roasted and crushed) 1, 1/2 tsp

Cooking Directions

  1. Mix fish with green chilies, onion, salt, chili powder, white cumin, turmeric, ginger garlic paste, ghee, coriander leaves and mint leaves.

  2. Chop this mixture in a chopper for a minute or two.

  3. Shape into seekh kebabs and put on skewers.

  4. You can either barbecue the seekh kebab or bake in a moderate oven till done.

  5. If you have baked the seekh kebab, then smoke the seekh kebab with a inflamed coal for a minute.

  6. Sprinkle with lemon juice and serve with chutney.
