Ingredients

  • Mince 250 gms
  • Finely chopped onion 1
  • Egg 1
  • Finely chopped green chilies 4
  • Garlic paste 1 tsp
  • Red chili paste 1 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Lemon juice 1 tbsp
  • Finely chopped coriander
  • Pizza dough for 2 naan
  • Ghee as required

Cooking Directions

  1. In mince add garlic paste, lemon juice, salt, red chilies, green chilies, green coriander and onions.

  2. Now take the kneaded dough and make balls of it. Roll it like roti.

  3. Take a roti and do egg wash on it then spread the mince. Cover it with the other rolled roti. Seal the edges.

  4. Apply egg wash and ghee. Do same with remaining dough and bake it at 200c for 12- 15 minutes
