Ingredients

  • Milk 1 liter
  • Sugar 1 cup
  • Custard powder vanilla flavor ½ cup
  • Assorted flavor jelly 2 pkt
  • Rabri 200gm
  • Ice cream any flavor 1/2 liter
  • Colored vermicelli’s 100 gm
  • Almonds 10
  • Pistachio 10

Cooking Directions

  1. Prepare custard, put 1 liter milk into a medium cooking pot, let get boiling, add sugar.

  2. Keep stirring add custard powder, keep stirring till the custard get thick.

  3. Remove it from the heat, let it get cool.

  4. Prepare the jelly, boil each flavor separately, and leave it for cooling too.

  5. Make small cubes out of it.

  6. Boil the colored vermicelli, strain it & leave it in cold water.

  7. Take a glass dish, pour the custard into the dish, put the rabri, colored vermicelli, flavored jelly cubes, ice cream & garnish by the finely sliced almonds and pistachio.

  8. Serve cold.
