Ingredients

  • Vermicelli 1 pao/1 pkt
  • Sugar 1 pao
  • Khoya 1 pao
  • Powdered milk 4 tbsp
  • Oil 4 tbsp
  • Almond for garnish
  • Pistachio for garnish
  • Coconut flakes for garnish

Cooking Directions

  1. Heat oil crush vermicelli put in oil and fry till golden brown just 4-5 minutes.

  2. Add as enough water in vermicelli that become a layer.

  3. In another bowl put powdered milk add little water dissolve well.

  4. When vermicelli tender put sugar and cover again.

  5. Cover vermicelli with lid and give steam 3-5 minutes.

  6. Add crumbled khoya garnish with almonds, pistachio and coconut flakes.
