Caramel Popcorn

Preheat the oven to 250°.

Combine sugar, corn syrup, butter and salt in pan and bring to a boil.

After 4-5 minutes of boiling, remove from heat and add baking soda and vanilla essence.

Carefully pour mixture over popcorn, which is on baking/aluminium sheets and cook for about one hour.

Let cool completely before storing the finished homemade caramel popcorn in an airtight container for fresh keeping.
