Take the finely sliced cabbage and coriender finely chopped garlic and spring onions and put them into a large bowlmix them well
Add garam flour and mix it well unti there are no lumps in it
Add spices u will add water gradually while mixing everything up coz in this way the pakora mixture will be uniform,
Heat the oil in pan on high heat turn down the heat down once oil is heated
Start frying pakoras in the pan, shallow fry them
Turn them once reached half way through fying
Take them out in a tray or platter once they turn to disired color (near Dark Brown) and serve them with chillie and mint sauce.
