Add all dry ingredients and mix.
Add milk and then add oil into the flour and mix together.
Knead the dough for 10-15 minutes on a flured surface.
Place in a bowl, cover and let it rise in a warm place for 45 minutes.
Take the dough out and punch the air out lightly.
Shape the dough into a loaf and place in a bread baking tin.
Place the bread baking tin with the dough in it, in a large plastic bag and let the dough rise for a further 45 minutes.
Apply and spread egg wash on top of the dough.
In a pre-heated oven, bake the bread at 180 degree C for 30 minutes or until browned.
When turned golden, to check if bread is cooked tap at the bottom of loaf, if it sounds hollow the bread is ready.
Place it on a wire rack then apply milk and egg wash on top for shiny look.
Now cut into slices then serve.
