Ingredients

  • Beef (thin slices) 1/2 kg
  • Ginger paste 1 tbsp
  • Garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Papaya paste 1 tbsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Meat tenderizer 1 tsp
  • Green chillies paste 1 tbsp

Cooking Directions

  1. Wash the beef slices and marinate them in the ingredients mixture for 5-6 hours.

  2. In wooden skewers, closely skew all the meat slices and press them so that they are flatten.

  3. In a bowl place the beaten eggs.

  4. Rub skewers with breadcrumbs and beaten eggs.

  5. Fry these skewers in warm oil in a pan.

  6. Rotate the skewers while frying.

  7. Fry until all the meat slices are golden brown.

  8. Serve with tomato salad.
