Cut each tomato into four pieces, put in a pan with 1 cup water, cover and cook for 5 minutes till tender.
Peel and add garlic cloves with chopped ginger and chopped green chilies.
Also add turmeric, salt, desiccated coconut, fennel seeds, mustard seeds, curry leaves and whole red chilies.
Then add oil and fry well.
Now add chicken and fry well.
Add 1 cup water, cover and cook for 20 minutes till chicken is tender.
Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve.
