  • Fish bones (hard bones) 1.5 kg
  • Water 3 liters (12 cups)
  • Onion 1 medium size (chopped)
  • Celery 2 sticks (chopped)
  • Bay leaves 2
  • Black pepper 1 tsp

Cooking Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a large pan.

  2. Let it cook uncovered for 20 minutes.

  3. Luck warm (strain). Makes about 2.5 liters (10 cups).

  4. Stock can be made 4 days ahead.

  5. Storage: covered in refrigerator. Freeze: suitable in small bowls. Microwave: not suitable.
