Ready Made Pizza Bread and Topping

In a mixing bowl add lukewarm water, yeast and sugar.

Leave aside for 15 minutes.

Add the yeast to the white flour along with the salt, baking powder.

Knead to form a dough and leave aside for 3 – 4 hours in a warm place.

Knead the dough again.

With the help of a rolling pin roll the dough out.

To make the readymade pizza bread grease an oven tray and place the pizza dough on top.

Place the oven tray in a preheated oven at 200C for 10 minutes.

Remove the dough and aloof to cool.

The crust can be stored for several days.

For Topping:

Spread the pizza sauce on top of the crust.

Put the fried onion, mushrooms, sliced sausages, black pepper sand grated cheese.

Top with olives and oregano and bake in an oven at 200C for 15 minutes.
