  • Chicken mince 300 gm
  • Ribbon Macaroni 1 packet (boiled)
  • Onion 1 (chopped)
  • Green peas 1 cup (boiled)
  • Cream 1 cup
  • Black pepper 1 tsp (crushed)
  • Mozzarella cheese 2 – 3 tbsp
  • Oil 2 – 3 tbsp
  • Salt to taste

Cooking Directions

  1. Boil macaroni with 2 tbsp oil for 10 minutes.

  2. Drain in a colander and rinse cold water.

  3. Heat up oil in a pan and fry onion till it turns golden brown.

  4. Then add chicken mince, salt and black pepper and cook it.

  5. Now add green peas and cream and mix it for 2 – 3 minutes.

  6. Mix macaroni and dish it out and garnish it with shredded mozzarella cheese and bake for 5 minutes.
