Ingredients

  • Potato (boiled & mashed) 1 medium
  • Carrot (grated) 1 medium
  • Green Peas (crushed) 1/2 cup
  • French Beans(chopped) 5-6
  • Ginger Paste 1 tsp
  • Dried Mango Powder 1 tsp
  • Chaat Masala 2 tsp
  • Green Chillies(chopped) 3-4
  • Chhunda 1 1/2 tbsp
  • Roasted Chana Powder 3 tbsp
  • Skimmed Milk Cottage 150 gms
  • Cheese(Paneer)
  • Salt to taste

Cooking Directions

  1. Heat a non stick kadai.Add ginger paste & cook for half a minute.

  2. Add mashed potato, carrot, green peas, & french beans for a few minutes, stirring continue.

  3. Add amchur, chaat masala, green Chillies, Chhunda & roasted chana powder & cook for 2-3 minutes.

  4. Add cottage cheese and mix well. Add salt & mix again. Divide into 8 equal portions.

  5. Take each portion and press around a skewer in a cylinderical shape.

  6. Heat a non stick Tawa and place the skewer on it.

  7. Cook on moderate heat, rotating skewer time to time so that kebab cook evenly round, to a golden brown.

  8. Serve hot with chutney of your choice.
