Ingredients

  • For Salad:
  • Green beans 100 grams (boiled)
  • Cucumber 1 (slices)
  • Carrot 2 (sliced)
  • Egg 2 (boiled)
  • Tomatoes 2 (slices)
  • Onion 1 (slices)
  • Lettuce leaves 2-3
  • Green chilies 3-4 (finely chopped)
  • Oil 2 tbsp
  • For Sauce:
  • Peanuts ½ cup (roasted and crushed)
  • Whole red chilies 3-4
  • Brown sugar 2 tbsp
  • Tamarind paste ½ cup
  • Salt to taste

Cooking Directions

  1. For Sauce: Take a blender jug add peanut, tamarind paste, whole red chilies, brown sugar, then add to taste salt blend it.

  2. Pour blended sauce in pan and cook 3-4 minutes then take it out and set aside let it cool down.

  3. For Salad: Take a cooking pan, heat the oil, and add boiled green beans, boiled eggs; slightly fry.

  4. Now take a mixing bowl add cucumber, carrot, tomatoes, onion, lettuce leaves, chopped green chilies, and add boiled green beans and boiled eggs.

  5. Now pour the sauce on the top of it. Mix it well and serve it.
