  • Mince (beef) 1/2 kg
  • Boiled potatoes 1/2 kg (mashed)
  • Butter 50 gram
  • Milk 2 cup
  • Cottage cheese 1 cup
  • Black pepper 2 tsp
  • Onion 1 (chopped)
  • Tomato 1 (chopped)
  • Soya sauce 2 tbsp
  • Oregano 1 tsp
  • White flour 2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil 2 tbsp

Cooking Directions

  1. In a bowl mix the mashed boiled potatoes, milk, butter, black pepper, and salt.

  2. Now in another bowl add mince, black pepper, and salt then mix it well.

  3. Heat oil in a pan and add beef mince and cover it, when mince water dries then add and mix onion and tomato in it.

  4. Grease a baking dish then put beef mince on it and add mashed potatoes on it.

  5. For topping:

  6. Add cheese, oregano on it and bake it on 100 degrees.
