Ingredients

  • Beef 1 kg (boneless and cut into pieces)
  • Onion 4 (medium size, chopped)
  • Black pepper 2 tsp (ground)
  • Ginger powder 2 tsp
  • Yogurt 2 cup
  • Red chili powder 1 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Cooking oil 2 cup

Cooking Directions

  1. Wash meat and mix chopped onion and all spices.

  2. Beat yogurt and mix in meat mixture.

  3. Now add cooking oil in a skillet and preheat it.

  4. Put meat and spice mixture in skillet.

  5. Stir spoon and do low flame and cook for an hour.

  6. Stir spoon during cooking when meat tenderized well then high flame and roast the meat.

  7. You can cook this dish on grill pan also.

  8. Delicious grill dish is ready to serve.

  9. Tip: if you like gravy then add water as desired and cook for 10 minutes more.
