In sahoor time eat whatever you want, but make sure that your good enough to go all the day, during fast. Here's a tasty and easy to make sehri meal to eat, place tasty keema in a serving platter and garnish with chilli & coriander leaves also add lemon juice. Serve with hot chapatis.

Ingredients

  • Beef Mince 1/2 kg
  • Yogurt 1 cup
  • Lemon 1
  • Fried Onion 1 cup
  • Salt
  • Oil 1/2 cup
  • Cumin 1 tsp
  • Papaya paste 1 tbsp
  • Red chili flakes 1 tsp
  • All spice (garam masala) 1 tsp
  • Turmeric 1 /2 tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 2 tsp
  • Green chilies as required
  • Green coriader as required

Cooking Directions

  1. Wash mince add papaya paste, red chili flakes, turmeric, salt, cumin and garam masala mix well.

  2. Also add fry onion, yogurt, ginger garlic paste and marinate for half hour.

  3. Now heat oil in a pan and cook cover for half hour.

  4. When water dries add chopped green coriander and green chilies, squeeze lemon juice and serve with paratha or chapatti.
