Ingredients

  • Beef ½ kg
  • Onion 1
  • Capsicum 1
  • Egg 1
  • Tomatoes 2
  • Parsley ½ bunch
  • Tomato paste ½ cup
  • Black pepper 1 tsp
  • Crushed red chili 1 tsp
  • Garlic chopped 1 tbsp
  • Brown sugar 1 tbsp
  • Oregano ½ tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Parmesan cheese 2 tbsp
  • Oil 4 tbsp
  • Corn flour 2 - 3 tbsp

Cooking Directions

  1. Chop beef with chopped onion in chopper.

  2. Add in egg, crushed red pepper, bunch parsley, salt and corn flour.

  3. Mix well and make small balls.

  4. Now in pan heat oil, add chopped garlic and fry well.

  5. Add meat balls and fry.

  6. Then add water, cover and cook.

  7. Now add tomato paste, chopped tomatoes, capsicum, oregano and brown sugar.

  8. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes.

  9. Add parmesan cheese, sprinkle black pepper powder and serve with spaghetti.
