  • Fish finger ½ kg (boneless)
  • Salt to taste
  • White pepper ½ tsp
  • Dry flour as required to roll
  • For Batter:
  • Self raising flour ½ cup
  • Water as required (chilled)
  • Egg 1
  • Oil 2 tbsp
  • Salt ¼ tsp
  • White pepper ¼ tsp

Cooking Directions

  1. For Batter: In a bowl add self raising flour, water, egg, oil, salt and white pepper and mix well.

  2. Marinate fish fingers with salt and white pepper.

  3. Roll marinated fish fingers in dry flour, dip in prepared batter, deep fry for 3 minutes till half done.

  4. Remove and re fry once again before serving till golden brown and crisp.
