Marinate the sliced beef in all the ingredients of marinade and leave aside for 2 hours.
Heat oil, fry the marinated meat and cook till the water dries.
Then add the onions and fry for sometime till soft then add the chilies and all the seasoning.
Serve with garlic-fried rice.
