  • Milk 1 kg
  • Almonds ½ cup
  • Pistachios ½ cup
  • Sugar 250 g
  • Cloves 4 - 5
  • Clarified butter 2 tbsp

Cooking Directions

  1. Soak the dry fruits over night.

  2. After peeling them blend them separately.

  3. Heat milk in a saucepan and add the dry fruits paste.

  4. Cook the milk on a low flame.

  5. When the milk starts to thicken add the sugar and stir till it dissolves.

  6. Heat oil in a separate pan and fry the cloves.

  7. Pour the oil with the cloves on top of the milk.

  8. Dish out and serve.
