Paneer tikka is a great side dish which can be easily baked by anyone, all you need to do is marinade the paneer, this marination can be kept for two to three days and can be baked at the time when ur guests come as it only takes 40 mints.

  • 250 gm paneer(cut into small cubes)
  • 2 tblspoon oil
  • 3/4 teaspoon garam masala
  • 2 teaspoon red chillis
  • salt according to taste
  • 1 cup of youghurt
  • 2 tblspoon of cream
  • few drops of orange food color
  • 2 teaspoon of ginger garlic paste
  • ketchup and chaat masala for serving

Cooking Directions

  1. Take a bowl and beat the curd and cream together.

  2. Now add all the above ingredients except for paneer and mix them until turns into a smooth paste.

  3. Add paneer in it and marinade for 2 hours.

  4. In a preheat oven bake the paneer pieces in a baking dish greased with oil for 40 mints.

  5. After 20 mints turn the side of paneer so that the other side will also get golden. 

  6. Arrange the golden pieces on sticks and spread ketchup and chaat masala over it. *****tastes great with maccronis*****
