Cut the meat into small cubes.
Except the rice, green chillies and peas place all other ingredients in a saucepan.
Add 2 cups of water.
Cook over a low heat till meat is tender.
Stir and fry the meat for 10 minutes over a low heat.
Add rice 3 1/2 cups of water, chillies and peas.
Stir, cover and cook over moderate heat for 18-20 minutes.
Remove from heat and keep covered for 15 minutes.
Serve with salad or borhani.
