Delectable soup is not a common tomato soup its roasted tomatoes with some spices. Then blended and cooked on lower flame. After wards the taste formed..Its simply fantastic! It goes with crotuns.

Ingredients

Tomato 1 kg
Salt and pepper to taste
Garlic 5 clove
Onion 1
Rosemary a pinch
Thyme a pinch
Oil 1 tsp

Cooking Directions

Cut the tomatoes and place them on a baking tray sprinkle salt and pepper, cloves of garlic, sliced onions, rosemary, thyme,and oil on top of the tomatoes.
Bake for 15 minutes for 60 C.
Take a blender, put the roasted ingredients in the blender and blend to a fine texture.
Pour the blended puree into a saucepan and cook on a medium flame.
Serve hot with croutons.
