Put chicken in a cooking pan.
Add salt, turmeric, ginger-garlic paste & chopped green chili in it.
Now, add roasted chopped white cumin seeds & tomato paste.
Then add half cup water and cover the cooking pan.
Cook for about 10 minutes.
It’ll be half done at this point.
Now sprinkle bread crumbs on hot chicken, and shake it.
Take eggs in a bowl add 2 tbsp water & beat it well.
Dip the crumbed chicken in egg and deep fry it.
The bhori fried chicken is ready to serve.
