Put chicken in pot.
Add the 80 grams butter and ginger and garlic paste.
Cook for 8 minutes on medium heat. throw away liquid.
Return chicken to pot. Add chillies, 80 gram butter salt and cook for 2 minutes.
Add to chicken, milk, fresh cream, food colour.
Cook for 2 minutes.
Add flour to thicken gravy.
Cook until chicken is done. Serve with roti or naan.

This recipe is a variation of butter chicken, with no spices and tomatoes.
The reason for throwing out the liquid is to take away the smell of the chicken, because no spice is used. If you want to leave the liquid you can do so, and cook the chicken till the water is burnt out. i think your recipie is totally wrong.the gravy is made with tomato puree and chicken has to be backed with all spices n yellow type red color.shall i gv you the correct recipie.
recipe seems confusing...when you say throw away liquid, do u mean the entire masala u just mixed with ginger garlic and butter with the chicken which i assume will take out some water??also howcome in the next step, it says to add the same amount of butter again? Dont want to attempt making this till someone can clarify!
