Ingredients

  • Minced beef ½ kg
  • Potatoes ½ kg boiled and mashed
  • Capsicum 1 finely cut
  • Tomatoes 2 finely cut
  • Onions 1 cup finely cut
  • Cheddar cheese ½ cup
  • Milk ½ cup
  • Ginger, garlic paste 1 tsp
  • Black pepper powder 2 tsp
  • Mustard powder 1 tsp
  • Worcestershire sauce 1 tbsp
  • All spices powder ½ tsp
  • Tomato ketchup 4 tbsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Oil ¼ cup

Cooking Directions

  1. Mix milk, salt and 1 tsp black pepper in potatoes, fill a piping bag with it and keep aside.

  2. Heat oil in a pot and fry onions till golden.

  3. Add tomatoes and ginger, garlic and fry.

  4. Add mince, salt, remaining black pepper, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, hot spices and tomato ketchup.

  5. Cook until mince is tender.

  6. Layer a pyrex dish with mince, capsicum and cheese.

  7. Decorate with potato using piping bag.

  8. Bake dish in pre-heated oven at 180°c for 15 minutes.
