Marzipan is simply a mixture of almond paste, powdered sugar, and a moistening agent such as water, corn syrup, glucose, fondant, or sometimes egg whites. After the ingredients are mixed, marzipan reaches a consistency of dough or soft rubber and can be rolled, shaped, cut, or molded.

  • Almonds 250 grams
  • Sugar 750 gram
  • Liquid glucose 2 tbsp

Cooking Directions

  1. Put some water in a cooking pan and add sugar in it and make a thick syrup.

  2. Now add almonds powder and liquid glucose in it and mix it well.

  3. Now take it out and mash it well with hands and put it in chopper.

  4. Chop it until it completely forms into a dough shape.

  5. Now add different colors of your choice and make some shapes of fruits and vegetables with the dough.

  6. Colorful and sweet marzipan is ready to use.
