  • Chicken boneless ½ kg
  • Rice ½ kg
  • Eggs 2 boiled
  • Tomatoes finely 4 chopped
  • Green Chillies 6 paste
  • French fries 1 cup
  • Yogurt 1 cup
  • Oil ½ cup
  • Brown onion ½ cup
  • Chilli powder 1 tsp heaped
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp heaped
  • Whole spice mix 1 tbsp
  • All spice ½ tsp
  • Coriander leaves 2 tbsp (paste)
  • Almonds 2 tbsp (fried and sliced)
  • Salt to taste

Cooking Directions

  1. Cut chicken into thin strips.

  2. Now heat oil in pan, add ginger garlic paste, salt, chilli powder, ground green masala,  brown onions with tomatoes, fry well till oil comes on top.

  3. Add boneless chicken strips and fry well, add 1 cup water, cover and cook till chicken is tender.

  4. To serve: Boil rice with salt and water as required.

  5. Put boiled rice in a platter, spread with beaten yogurt, again put rice to cover the yogurt, then put chicken mixture,.

  6. Now cover with french fries, boiled and sliced eggs.

  7. Lastly garnish with fried almonds and chopped coriander leaves.
