Mix the cottage cheese, potatoes, breadcrumbs, pepper and salt.
Mash well. For the filling, mix the haricot beans, lemon juice and chilli paste and mash it in a blender. Keep aside.
Make equal-sized balls out of the potato-cottage cheese mixture.
Flatten each ball into a thin cutlet and spoon a little of the filling into its centre.
Cover with another cutlet. Seal the edges and shallow fry in the oil.
Grease a baking dish. Arrange the cutlets on it.
Pour the pizza sauce over the cutlets.
Sprinkle the cheese on the sauce and bake at 200°C for 10 minutes.
