Ingredients

  • Cottage cheese 200 gm
  • Potatoes, boiled 1 cup
  • Haricot beans, boiled 1/2 cup
  • Chilli paste 1 tbsp
  • Oil for frying
  • Lemon juice 1 tsp
  • White pepper 1 tsp
  • Breadcrumbs 2 tbsp
  • Grated cheese for topping 50 gm
  • Pizza sauce
  • Salt to taste

Cooking Directions

  1. Mix the cottage cheese, potatoes, breadcrumbs, pepper and salt.

  2. Mash well. For the filling, mix the haricot beans, lemon juice and chilli paste and mash it in a blender. Keep aside.

  3. Make equal-sized balls out of the potato-cottage cheese mixture.

  4. Flatten each ball into a thin cutlet and spoon a little of the filling into its centre.

  5. Cover with another cutlet. Seal the edges and shallow fry in the oil.

  6. Grease a baking dish. Arrange the cutlets on it.

  7. Pour the pizza sauce over the cutlets.

  8. Sprinkle the cheese on the sauce and bake at 200°C for 10 minutes.
