  • Potatoes 1 kg (boiled cut into small cubes)
  • Tamarind juice 1 cup
  • Jaggery 4 tbsp
  • Red chili powder 1 tbsp
  • Crushed coriander powder 1 tbsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Cumin seeds crushed 2 tbsp
  • All spice ½ tsp
  • Oil 1 cup
  • Curry leaves 25
  • Coriander leaves for garnishing

Cooking Directions

  1. Heat oil add curry leaves with small boiled potatoes and fry for 10 minutes till light golden.

  2. Then add tamarind juice mixed with jaggery, red chili powder, coriander crushed, cumin, all spice, mix all well till thick.

  3. Serve and garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
