Finely chop onion, capsicum, spring onion, green chilies and coriander leaves.
Heat oil in a wok, add ginger garlic paste, curry leaves, garlic paste and quails.
Fry well till its color is changed.
Add all the chopped vegetables and fry for 2 minutes.
Now add chili garlic sauce, tomato ketchup, Worchester sauce and salt.
Cook for 1 – 2 minutes.
Dish it out and serve.
