Ingredients

  • Quail 6
  • Onion 1 medium
  • Casicum 1
  • Spring onion 1
  • Green chilies 3 – 4
  • Coriander leaves 2 tbsp
  • Oil 3 tbsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Curry leaves few
  • Garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Chili garlic sauce 2 tbsp
  • Tomato ketchup 2 tbsp
  • Worchester shire sauce 2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste

Cooking Directions

  1. Finely chop onion, capsicum, spring onion, green chilies and coriander leaves.

  2. Heat oil in a wok, add ginger garlic paste, curry leaves, garlic paste and quails.

  3. Fry well till its color is changed.

  4. Add all the chopped vegetables and fry for 2 minutes.

  5. Now add chili garlic sauce, tomato ketchup, Worchester sauce and salt.

  6. Cook for 1 – 2 minutes.

  7. Dish it out and serve.
