Ingredients

  • Mince 250 gm
  • Bread 1 sliced
  • Onion ground 1
  • Onion 1 large chopped
  • Green chillies 4 chopped
  • All spice 1 tsp heaped
  • Crushed red pepper 1 tsp heaped
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Roasted & crushed coriander 1 tbsp
  • Nutmeg ground ¼ tsp
  • Mace ground ¼ tsp
  • Gram flour roasted 2 tbsp heaped
  • Coriander leaves 3 tbsp chopped
  • Raw papaya paste 1 ½ tbsp
  • Onion rings for garnishing

Cooking Directions

  1. Marinate mince with onion, raw papaya paste, bread slice,  ginger garlic paste, roasted gram flour, all spice,salt, mace and nutmeg, red pepper, coriander, mix all well and leave it for 1 hour.

  2. Heat oil in a pan, fry onion till light golden.

  3. Now add it into marinated mince and fry for 15 minutes till its colour turn into brown.

  4. Garnish with chillies, coriander leaves, onion rings and serve hot.
