  • Grape fruit ½ portion
  • Egg 1 (boiled)
  • Tomato 1
  • Cucumber 1 (peeled)
  • Lettuce and Ice berg 50 gm
  • Cottage cheese 50 gm
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Plain yogurt ½ cup
  • Chicken 1 cup (grilled)
  • Green tea unsweetened 1 cup
  • Brown bread 2 (sliced)

Cooking Directions

  1. Peel grape fruit, take out the wedges.

  2. Boil egg and remove the shell, cut into half.

  3. Cut tomato into wedges, cut cucumber into cube shape.

  4. Cut lettuce into small pieces also cut cottage cheese into 1 inch cubes, take plain yoghurt, cut grilled chicken in jullient shape, place them on a platter.

  5. Serve with 2 slices of brown bread toasted and 1 cup of hot green tea or iced tea.
