Ingredients

  • Rice ½ kg (boiled)
  • Pineapple 1 cup
  • Mushrooms 1 cup
  • Soya sauce 2 tbsp
  • Green onion 2
  • Capsicum 1
  • Chicken stock 1 cup
  • Black pepper 2 tsp
  • Chinese salt ½ tsp
  • Butter 1 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil 1 tbsp

Cooking Directions

  1. Heat oil and add butter.

  2. Cut mushrooms in small pieces and fry.

  3. Add pineapple and capsicum.

  4. Fry for 1 minute.

  5. Add chicken stock, salt, black pepper, soya sauce, Chinese salt, and boiled rice, stir well.

  6. Now add green onion and cover.

  7. Cook for 10 minute and it is ready to serve.
