An almost no-cook recipe for stir-fry rice that is incredibly yummy, easy and versatile to use for a variety of main course that require rice. You can even use left-over plain white rice for this stir-fry.

Ingredients

  • Rice (previously boiled and cooled) 4 cups
  • Green Onion (chopped) 1
  • Green Chilli (chopped) 1
  • Black Pepper 1 tsp
  • Garlic cloves (crushed and chopped)
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Oil 2-3 tbsp

Cooking Directions

  1. Heat oil in wok and swirl to coat all sides.

  2. Add garlic, green chilli, green onion and stir-fry,

  3. Add rice and while stirring sprinkle salt and black pepper.

  4. Serve immediately on serving dish.
