  • Milk 1 litre
  • Sugar 1/2 cup
  • Cocktail tin 1
  • Corn Flour 1/4 cup
  • China Grass 1 tbsp
  • Rose Water 4-6 tbsp
  • Chocolate Cake or Plain Cake 1/2 pound

Cooking Directions

  1. In a pan boil milk add sugar and after 2 mins add rose water.

  2. Add dissolved corn flour, china grass cook until thicken then put aside

  3. Assemble cake pieces on serving dish.

  4. Pour cocktail juice in it also add cokctail fruits.

  5. Pour custard and decore with cake, fruits and cream.

  6. Serve chilled.
