Combine cumin seeds, salt, oil and water to plain wheat flour and knead it.
Boil potatoes and add coriander, mint and all spices in a bowl and mix them well.
Make long bread out of plain wheat flour and cut it into two pieces with a knife.
Spread potatoes stuffing over these strips and fold them into the shape of samosas.
Fry them in hot oil.
Serve with chili-garlic sauce.
Tips:
Always cook vegetables on low flame because it does not spoil their taste.
