  • Potatoes 3
  • Onion 1
  • Coriander leaves as required
  • Green chilies 2 to 3
  • Turmeric ½ tsp
  • Red chili ½ tsp (crushed)
  • Coriander powder ½ tsp
  • Cumin seeds ½ tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Plain wheat flour 1 cup
  • Oil as required
  • Water as required

Cooking Directions

  1. Combine cumin seeds, salt, oil and water to plain wheat flour and knead it.

  2. Boil potatoes and add coriander, mint and all spices in a bowl and mix them well.

  3. Make long bread out of plain wheat flour and cut it into two pieces with a knife.

  4. Spread potatoes stuffing over these strips and fold them into the shape of samosas.

  5. Fry them in hot oil.

  6. Serve with chili-garlic sauce.

  8. Always cook vegetables on low flame because it does not spoil their taste.
