Four Square White Meat Pizza

In a saucepan, add tomato puree, crushed red chili powder, brown sugar, crushed garlic, oregano, and salt and chili garlic sauce.

Cook and stir for 5 minutes.

Take off from stove once sauce thickens.

For Pizza Dough: In a bowl, add yeast, sugar and water. Leave for 10 minutes.

When it blows, make dough by mixing flour, egg, oil and water.

Roll the dough in square shape and cut into four pieces.

Spread the sauce on all pieces.

Now on one piece place chicken, fish on the second, prawns on the third and tomatoes, olives and mushrooms on the fourth.

On the first three, spread vegetables, mozzarella cheese and cheddar cheese.

Preheat Oven 180 degrees and bake the pizza for 15 minutes.
