These homemade cinnamon rolls are easy to make, you can either have them in breakfast or in evening tea. Simply prepare a dough and sprinkle sugar along with cinnamon, you will enjoy the soothing cinnamon flavor.

Ingredients

  • Flour 2 cup
  • Cinnamon ½ tsp
  • Castor Sugar ½ cup
  • Sugar 2 tbsp
  • Egg 2
  • Yeast 1 tbsp
  • Milk 1 cup
  • Butter 1 ½ tbsp
  • Oil ½ cup

Cooking Directions

  1. Mix yeast with warm water.

  2. Leave for 10 minutes.

  3. In this bowl put flour, castor sugar, eggs, and ½ cup oil.

  4. Knead with warm milk.

  5. Cover and leave for ½ hour to rise.

  6. Roll the dough and brush with butter.

  7. Roll and cut into 2 inches thick pieces.

  8. Put it in mould.

  9. Mix sugar, cinnamon powder in water and brush it on roll.

  10. Bake on 180 degree for ½ hour.

  11. Remove and serve when they turn golden.
