Add bread slices, toasted gram flour, milk powder, chopped green chilies and salt in mince and grind it in a chopper.
Add in lightly beaten egg and knead well.
Make kababs and fry on low flame till done.
Now take a clay pot (handi) or pan, add fry onion till light brown.
Then add in tomato, red chilli, black pepper, ginger, garlic, salt and green chillies to cook for 5 minutes.
When water dries, put kababs in it.
Now add lemon juice and green coriander and simmer it on low flame for 3 minutes.
Serve hot with raita and naan.
