Grate the coconut and fry with all the spices.
Grind them together to a smooth paste.
Chop the pumpkin into cubes and cook with prawns in sufficient water, adding salt to taste.
When well cooked, add the ground spices and let it boil.
You may season this curry with 2 tbsp chopped onion fried in 1 tbsp ghee.
This makes a very delicious dish and goes well with rice.
